I am Michael J. Trenter, president, of TRENTER PLUMBING INCORPORATED. Our doors were opened in March of `08, right here in Shorewood. I`ve invested 25 years in honing my skills in the plumbing industry. I "cut my teeth" on luxury homes, as a novice tradesman. I` ve also had the opportunity to work on unique projects, like the Chicagoland Speedway and the Slammers` ball park, during my career. My training included an apprenticeship with Local #422 and the added education and licensing to be a Cross Connection Control Device Inspector. TRENTER PLUMBING INCORPORATED offers a full line of plumbing goods and services which include new construction, remodels and additions, RPZ and backflow device inspections and installations, to name a few. When you want it "Done Right the First Time".....call TRENTER PLUMBING INCORPORATED.
On a personal note, I`m a single dad to four daughters (mostly teenagers...God help me!), I`ve lived here in Shorewood for the last 8 years and I`m looking to broaden my horizons by honing my "people skills" through participation and developing relationships within the Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce.

Theresa Hammond, Homewood/NuWay Disposal Services, Inc.
I have worked in the waste and recycling industry for over 18 years. I started “trash talking” with Waste Management in 1993 as the receptionist at the Morris location and in the 10 years I was with them worked my way up the ranks as a Customer Service Rep, Inside Sales Rep, Account Retention Specialist and then Customer Service Manager for the southwest division in Rockdale IL.
In 2003 I went to work for Heartland Disposal an independent family owned business located in Morris doing outside sales. In 2005 Heartland Disposal became a member of the Homewood / NuWay Disposal family of businesses. Their strong commitment to exceptional customer service; their belief in giving back to the communities they service by supporting local charities and organizations; their desire to be good stewards of the land and to protect our natural resources by education and promotion of recycling programs has made it a perfect match for me. Their true appreciation of every customer and every employee makes it a great place to work.
I grew up in Orland Park and graduated from Providence Catholic High School in New Lenox. I have lived in the Morris/Coal City area for the past 23 years where I have raised 3 incredible children. My husband and I are enjoying our newly empty nest and are taking every opportunity to travel and experience new places and things.
I welcome the opportunity to network and “talk trash” with fellow chamber members to see if we can come up with a more cost effective, environmentally friendly solution to your waste needs.
